Solving Dual-Channel Supply Chain Pricing Strategy Problem with Multi-Level Programming Based on Improved Simplified Swarm Optimization

With the evolution of Internet and introduction third-party platforms, a diversified supply chain has gradually emerged. In contrast to traditional single sales channel, companies can also increase their revenue by selling through multiple channels, such as dual-channel sales: adding channel for direct online platforms. However, due complexity structure, previous studies have rarely discussed analyzed capital-constrained model, which is more relevant actual situation. To solve complex realistic decision problems, this paper uses concept game theory describe pricing negotiation procedures among manufacturers other parties in applying Stackelberg structure hierarchical multi-level mathematical model optimal strategy different financing options achieve common benefit chain. study, we propose Multi-level Improved Simplified Swarm Optimization (MLiSSO) method, improved, simplified swarm optimization (iSSO) Programming Problem (MLPP). It applied experiments with three related MLPPs past verify effectiveness method. The results show that MLiSSO algorithm effective, qualitative, stable be used problem models; furthermore, MLPPs.
